Privacy Policy

PhleboCEAP is designed as a documentation tool for clinicians. This policy explains what data the app is designed to handle and how privacy is approached.

Data handled by the app

PhleboCEAP is designed to work locally on the user's device. The app may contain CEAP selections, diagnosis wording, and other clinical notes entered by the user. This information is intended to remain on the device unless the user chooses to copy or share it using iOS system features.

Data collection

PhleboCEAP does not require an account and is not designed to collect personal data on a developer-operated server. If future versions add analytics, cloud sync, accounts, or support messaging, this policy will be updated before those features are released.

Sharing by the user

When a user copies, exports, or shares CEAP codes or diagnosis text through the iOS share sheet, that action is controlled by the user and may involve Apple or third-party apps selected by the user.

Medical information

Users should avoid entering directly identifiable patient information unless it is necessary for their professional workflow and permitted by their local rules. The clinician is responsible for how clinical information is stored, copied, shared, and included in medical records.

Apple services

Apple may process App Store purchases, downloads, crash reports, diagnostics, and other platform data according to Apple's own privacy policies and user settings.

Contact

For privacy questions, contact the developer through the support or contact channel listed on the App Store product page when the app is released.
